Break-fast

Do you get up hungry? I know that I sure do but why is that? Well, your body has slept—hopefully, at least 8 hours and it craves some nourishment to rev up your metabolism otherwise it will burn what’s in your body—your body will utilize all the macros it has and even break down muscle to feed itself as it can’t run on an empty tank so what’s the solution?

Breakfast is something that you should eat if you can. For me, since I workout, I sure don’t want my body to utilize and reduce my muscles just because I decided to not eat breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t have to be eggs everyday but definitely try to eat whole foods or some lean proteins if you can. Don’t grab that muffin as an easy go to because eating breakfast is just as important as what you are eating.

Your body needs to break its fast after sleeping with some food otherwise you will more likely grab something unhealthy when lunch rolls around. Find what works for you after you get up and begin your journey into healthy eating!
