Spring is here and now that the weather is finally getting warmer, people are likely to have allergies depending on where you live. Pollen is quite prevalent where I live and you can see this when your car is covered by yellow residue, which of course means you’ll be getting some of the pollen into your body. Can you avoid those red eyes, runny nose, and constant sneezing during allergy season?
Though there is no way to stop all allergy symptoms, you can mitigate against them. You probably already buy your Vitamin C from GNC, Whole foods, Amazon, or your favorite store and you likely only take it during the winter months but did you know Vitamin C taken at high doses like 1000mg a day could potentially help during allergy season! Research on Google for yourself and see if Vitamin C can help you. Remember, Vitamin C passes through your urine as it is water soluble so it’s very hard to overload your self on it but as usual if you’re unsure about which supplement to take, ask your doctor.
Surviving allergy season doesn’t have to only depend on meds as viable alternates exist in the supplement aisle but you just have to research if they are right for you.
