Arginine

This week I bought an arginine supplement bottle. Why? Well arginine is supplement that can help you get a pump while you workout but that’s not the reason that I bought it. Arginine is an amino acid so it can help with muscle building but also because it can help with improved blood flow. Unsure if arginine is for you or how much to take, ask you doctor!

Where can you find arginine in foods? Typically, you can find it in nuts, seeds, meats like turkey and chicken, and chickpeas. Like most people, I don’t eat enough of any of these items daily or consistently so it is good to know for me that a supplement is within reach. Since I just started taking it, I don’t know if it is working yet or not but remember everyone’s body composition is different so check with your doctor before consuming it.
