Challenge update

So as I mentioned a few days back, I’m sticking with not eating out for 29 days this month. How’s it going, you wonder? Well, there have been some tough days but not for the reasons you think.

What’s been tough for me is that I didn’t realize how much readjusting my body had to do, that too when I wasn’t eating out too much before. Now that so many of my eating habits are at home, I do feel better and plan what I eat too. Plus, sticking with my exercise plan is helping too. What made this process hard is that I was also doing low carb, more keto-ish but not keto. Despite this uneasy feeling, I’m still able to stick with it. So success is on its way!
