Last week, I wrote about strawberries and how they are good for various nutrients so imagine my surprise when I found even more berries in a larger quantity when I went shopping. What did I find? I continue to reap the antioxidants benefits whenever I eat them but after reading the book When to eat, I realized timing is everything. I typically eat them as a snack or as dessert because it satisfies both my satiety and sweet tooth cravings. Also, try to eat them before daylight is over so that the natural sugars won’t give you a nighttime insulin spike.
