Time change–a few days later

Now that it has been a few days since daylight savings time, are you noticing a difference in your sleep? Or still struggling to wake up on time for work as it’s dark outside? Do you hear such stories from others in your life too? Everyone faces the same issue so what should you do?

If you face this time change hurdle, one thing that I’ll recommend which won’t be popular is set your alarm clock one hour earlier than usual! Why? Not only does it break your sleep but you also get to snooze an hour longer until you actually have to get up! Hopefully, by next week, all will be normal and a regular sleep pattern is back and routine.
