With Thanksgiving approaching, sleep is likely going to be a hectic time for many people. From cooking to entertaining, there will just not be enough time. So what will you sacrifice? Most likely sleep!

A full night’s sleep is extremely beneficial for you during the holiday time, because not only will your cortisol levels rise due to the added stress, but you will not enjoy your friends and family time if you are tired! Average sleep time recommended is 7-9 hours so strive for that if you can as entertaining will become more pleasant!
