This week, I’ll be posting some of my favorite body weight exercises that you can do and it won’t take too much time either.
Before you exercise, make sure to stretch and consult with your doctor before performing anything that you are unsure of. No point of hurting yourself when trying to get fit as that would defeat the purpose of exercising, right?
20 mins:
Every even min, 30 sec wall sits (back to the wall and sit perpendicular to it), 30 sec rest
Every odd min, 30 sec squats, 30 sec rest
This is a fun workout that you can enjoy anytime, anywhere!
