#DYK: Vitamin B5 info

Vitamin B5 is another great vitamin that sometimes we take for granted unlike vitamin C and D but did you know:

-Vitamin B5 is also known as pantothenic acid

 -Perhaps you’re deficient in it if you are fatigued or tired

-Got a bad mood? Not enough sleep, stomach problems or cramps? Maybe you’re deficient in B5

–  Bad acne? high cholesterol? take time to heal after a wound? Maybe B5 can help

Ask your doctor if B5 can help!

I prefer Super B complexes because all the B vitamins are there but ask your doctor if that’s best for you.
