To lead or not to lead..

Are you a leader or a follower?

In most cases, I’d like to lead because who doesn’t want to be a decision maker especially if you’re an introvert but every situation doesn’t require you to be the leader. Sometimes it’s best to just watch and observe because perhaps the best leadership advice comes from knowing what your predecessors did correct or not. Remember that saying history repeats itself, but why should it if you learn from it!

On the other hand, being a leader in adopting new technology is a different type of leadership so yeah to lead or not is truly a matter of the situation.
