Walk more

What do you wish you could do more every day?

We all know the benefits of walking and getting in our steps but some of us still struggle to walk a decent amount every day.

Does going to the gym daily justify not walking daily? What do you think?

  1. Walking is good for someone. Especially if they are out somewhere they don’t go often. The change of scenary is great, escpecially for people who have sendentary jobs. I would say the gym doesn’t make up for walking everywhere. Parking further away and small changes like that can make a difference because the workout is more spread throughout the day keeping the blood flowing.
