Impossible breakfast sandwich

Recently, I went to Starbucks and noticed that they had a new sandwich—the Impossible breakfast sandwich. Like the Beyond Meat burger, it is an alternative patty without meat. Did it taste good? How much protein is in the sandwich? Would I get it again?

So after the barista warms it up and gives the sandwich to you it looks like the pic. You can see that the sandwich has cheese and egg in it too. This along with the patty makes it a 21g protein sandwich! That’s pretty good plus at Starbucks it is available all day if in stock not just at breakfast. How does it taste? Personally, I loved it and can’t wait to get another one. It really tastes like it should have always been a menu item and I don’t feel like I’m eating anything processed. The flavor, texture, and consistency is all there. What are your thoughts on alternative protein?
