Another thing that the pandemic forced on us was the need to be creative. As many restaurants were closed, you had no choice but to cook. That’s good if you know how to cook but what if you don’t? Well, it gave you a chance to try many delivery services or just buy groceries and start cooking. Which boat were you in?
For me, I discovered my love for using the instant pot! What a fantastic cooking vessel especially to make Indian food. Tastes great and fast too!
