As the weather changes, don’t forget to get in your Vitamin D. The best way to do this is stay out in the sun but if you live in the Northeast US, the sun sure is limited now so I guess you’ll have to supplement it.
I typically prefer D3+K2 combo because I get the benefit of D3 with some bone health benefits too from the K2 but if you are unsure which supplement you should take ask your doctor.
Dosage wise, I take 10,000IU (or two 5000 IU softgels) but again the dosage that works for you probably should be discussed with your doctor.
Don’t let the lack of sun prevent you from getting your Vitamin D!
