Smoothies by their nature are meant to be easy and convenient beverages to go but even those when bought outside rather than making at home, could make you gain weight due to the added sugar. So what can you do if you don’t have time to buy the juices, veggies, fruits, and blend it all together? You look for options like the one shown here.

I like this powerful smoothie drink to have after a workout because it has 20g protein and is ready to go. It also doesn’t have a high amount of sugar or carbs plus it’s got Greek yogurt so lots of gut health help too. This is definitely is not something that replaces my protein shake but it does provide a break from the routine. I could also use this as a midmorning or mid-afternoon snack too. If you’d like something healthy to drink instead of coffee, give this smoothie a shot!
